Boo! How Your Personality Dimensions Chooses to Haunt Halloween

Personality Dimensions Halloween CostumesHalloween is a fun time of year when people of all personality types come together to enjoy spooky traditions, candy, and great costumes. It’s a time to let your personality really shine without fear of ending up in a meeting with HR, discussing why a Batman costume is NOT appropriate work attire. How you chose to spend Halloween is influenced by your personality dimensions, and how much of them you want to show the world. If you’re still deciding on a costume, keep reading to see some suggestions for the perfect fit.

Organized Golds are known for their responsible, organized, and dependable nature. When it comes to Halloween, they approach it with a sense of duty, and see it as an opportunity to honour traditions. They ensure everything is well-planned, from coordinating trick-or-treat routes for the kids, to making sure that they have enough candy to hand out based on last year’s headcount. More likely than not, Organized Golds have planned out their costumes months in advance, but it’s never to early to start thinking about next year. Classic costumes like a doctor, firefighter, or superhero are ideal for Organized Golds are always a hit that let them show off their strong sense duty and responsibility.

Resourceful Oranges are adventurous, spontaneous, and love to live in the moment. Halloween was made for Resourceful Oranges – it gives them an opportunity to choose their own adventure; whether it’s finding the scariest, and absolutely terrifying haunted house where things jump out at you from every corner, joining a haunted walk, or exploring an abandoned cemetery.  Resourceful Oranges love edgy costumes, like a zombie, vampire, or horror movie character. There’s a good chance that the costume choice will be last minute, and stores will be long sold out, but Resourceful Oranges are good at thinking on their feet, and can pull together pretty amazing things with what is on hand. These bold and shocking outfits let them embrace their free spirit. Just make sure a costume doesn’t get in the way of fully enjoying the occasion.

Authentic Blues are known for their fantastic creativity and their knack for thinking outside the box. When Halloween rolls around, they take it as a chance to let loose, have some fun, bring people together, and express their imaginative side in a big way. For Authentic Blues, Halloween isn’t just about dressing up and having a good time; it’s a way to express their artistic side and create a welcoming vibe for everyone. Costume contests, monster themed dance parties, and community trick-or-treating plays a big part of making a great Halloween. Authentic Blues love a good costume, especially if they put it together themselves. The possibilities are endless; favourite characters, whether fact or fiction, animals, buildings, or other objects. Ultimately, it’s about picking dressing up as something that is meaningful to them.

Inquiring Greens are naturally curious, with a side of ingenuity and big-picture thinking. For them, there’s nothing better than a Halloween movie marathon with new and classic thrillers that keep them guessing what happens next. It’s also a great opportunity for them to come up with new ways to frighten their friends and family when they’re least suspecting it. Inquiring Greens tend to shy away from showy, over-the top costumes, but that doesn’t mean they didn’t but a lot of thought into them. If you ever see someone in a costume that needs to be explained, chances are, it belongs to an Inquiring Green. Lesser-known characters, concepts (yes, existentialism CAN be a costume, and it’s pretty amazing!), or interesting objects, all make great choices.

Halloween is all about having fun and eating way too much candy! It gives people of all personalities the chance to be themselves and have a blast. Whether you’re an Organized Gold, Authentic Blue, Resourceful Orange, or Inquiring Green there’s a way for you to enjoy and celebrate Halloween in a way that fits your personality. By knowing your personality dimensions, and those of your friends and family, you can have a Halloween that’s all about fun, creativity, and unforgettable moments. So, this Halloween, don’t hold back – let your true self shine through in your costume and how you celebrate. Be you! 🎃👻
