About the Program

In order to use Personality Dimensions®, individuals must first become a Personality Dimensions® Qualified Facilitator. Since being published in 2003, over 1,000,000 people world wide have experienced a Personality Dimensions® workshop. The Qualified Facilitator (Level I) Certification Program is an opportunity for facilitators to add a new dimension to their facilitator toolkit.

How does it work/what does it look like?

Every Personality Dimensions® training program gives you the knowledge and skills you need to get started facilitating self awareness and applications training right away. You will experience

Training needs analysis
A facilitated Personality Dimensions® Workshop as a participant
Theoretical foundations, development, and ethical considerations
Adult learning principles and facilitation techniques
Designing & delivering your own Personality Dimensions® workshops

Level II Certification

Prospective Facilitator-Trainers (Level II) must be certified as Qualified Facilitators (Level I) for a minimum of one year and have completed a minimum of 10 Personality Dimensions® sessions on a variety of topics.

If this is you, you can complete an additional Facilitator-Trainer (Level II) program of in-depth training delivered by a qualified Master Trainer (Level III). This training focuses on additional history, theory and train-the-trainer strategies. You will be required to submit an outline of a specific application session in advance and demonstrate the same at the training program. This session will be evaluated by all of the Qualified Facilitators (Level I) attending the program, as well as by the Facilitator-Trainers (Level II).

Once you are qualified as a Facilitator-Trainer (Level II) you able are to perform all the same responsibilities as Qualified Facilitators (Level I) as well as provide Level I certification training.

Personality Dimensions® Level I & Level II Certification Programs Qualify for Canada Job Grant Funding

The Canada Job Grant helps employers train new or existing employees for jobs that need to be filled. This flexible program is designed to meet the needs of businesses of all sizes, in all industries and regions. Having the right skills helps employees excel and succeed in today’s fast-paced labour market.

What does this mean? Under the terms of the program, most of the Personality Dimensions® Certification programs offered in Canada are eligible for funding. 2/3 of the cost of training qualifies for reimbursement.
