Becoming a Personality Dimensions® Level II Facilitator-Trainer has been a two-part journey. Part 1 laid the foundation for Part 2.

Part 1: My Father was a Pastor, and I followed in his footsteps for about 25 years. Having been a pastor, I worked with all sorts of people… business leaders, teams of all sorts, and counselling one-on-one as well as small and large groups. The preaching developed several key abilities, notably study and research, curriculum development and presentation skills. The same type of thing, just a different venue. But my life then changed, and I transitioned onto a different path.

Part 2: In 2000, I went to George Brown College, graduating with a 4.97 GPA as an Assessment-Based Career & Work Counsellor. Ministry and college set me up for Part 2 of my life. These two real-time experiences helped me to understand what people needed to become effective leaders and team members. In 2001, I reinvented my life, and Life Concepts was born out of a passion to launch an opportunity to make a difference in lives and organizations. The feedback from workshops that I facilitated registered an average score of 9.5/10. This set the standard for my Level I training events. In them, I have two goals. 1^st – To get each participant qualified as a Level I Facilitator. 2^nd – Being Level II qualified since 2004, drawing from my time, age and wisdom, I chose to take it a step further, so each person not only becomes qualified but also learns how to become a great facilitator who delivers with excellence.
