Experienced facilitators gain fresh ideas, new perspectives, and practical refinements for their practice.

      Communication

Great communication goes beyond knowing your colour. It’s about understanding how different personality patterns influence what people say, what they mean, and what they actually hear.

This session invites Personality Dimensions® facilitators to explore communication through a deeper, more practical lens. Together, we’ll unpack how Inquiring Greens process information, how Authentic Blues frame meaning, how Organized Golds structure messages, and how Resourceful Oranges keep conversations moving. More importantly, we’ll look at where communication can break down—and how to bridge those gaps using the PD framework.

Designed for both seasoned and newer facilitators, this workshop creates space to experiment with language, stories, and activities you can immediately use in your own sessions. You’ll experience the topic as a participant, reflect as a facilitator, and leave with practical strategies to help groups communicate with more clarity and less friction.

      Leadership

Leadership comes in all shapes and colours, and that’s exactly what makes it interesting.

In this workshop, we’ll examine how Personality Dimensions® shows up in leadership styles, team expectations, and decision-making approaches. Rather than focusing on one “right” way to lead, we’ll explore how each colour brings natural strengths to leadership roles, along with patterns that can trip leaders up if left unchecked.

This session is ideal for facilitators who want to confidently connect PD to leadership development programs, emerging leader cohorts, or organizational training initiatives. You’ll deepen your understanding of how personality influences authority, influence, motivation, and accountability—while gathering ideas, exercises, and insights you can adapt to your own audiences.

Expect thoughtful discussion, practical application, and the chance to learn from fellow facilitators who are navigating similar conversations in their own organizations.

      Conflict

Conflict is inevitable. Understanding personality can change how it unfolds.

This workshop focuses on how different personalities approach tension, disagreement, and resolution. Why does one person want to talk it out immediately while another withdraws? Why does structure calm some people and frustrate others? How can facilitators help groups move from frustration to understanding?

In this interactive session, we’ll explore the dynamics of conflict through a Personality Dimensions® lens—identifying predictable patterns, common triggers, and practical strategies for de-escalation. Participants will have the opportunity to step into both facilitator and participant roles, testing activities and language that make conflict conversations safer and more productive.

If you’ve ever been asked, “How does Personality Dimensions® apply when things get messy?”—this session will give you concrete ways to answer that question.

      Dates:

      • October 23, 2026 • 10am – 2pm MST (GMT-7)

      Dealing with Difficult People

Every facilitator has heard it: “What do I do about difficult people?”

Difficult behaviour often stems from stress, unmet needs, and eroded self-esteem. The key is not to react to the surface behaviour, but to understand the motivation behind it.

The session explores how stress and unmet core needs can push people toward the “faded” sides of their personalities – where once-bright traits become distorted by frustration, guilt, or self-doubt. By learning to “brighten” others rather than battle them, you will come away with strategies to transform tension into cooperation.

This workshop offers practical language, real-world examples, and collaborative problem-solving with fellow Personality Dimensions facilitators®. You’ll leave better equipped to handle tough questions in your sessions and to help participants see behaviour through a more constructive, personality-informed perspective.

      Dates:

      • November 6, 2026 • 10am – 2pm MST (GMT-7)

      Work-Life Balance

Work-life balance means different things to different personalities—and that’s often where the tension begins.

In this session, we’ll explore how each dimension defines productivity, rest, responsibility, and fulfillment. For some, balance is about structure and planning. For others, it’s about flexibility, meaning, or intellectual stimulation. Understanding these differences can transform conversations around burnout, boundaries, and workplace expectations.

This workshop is designed for facilitators who want to confidently integrate Personality Dimensions® into well-being and resilience discussions. You’ll gain insights into how personality influences energy management and stress responses, while gathering adaptable tools and discussion prompts for your own programs.

Expect reflective conversation, practical application, and space to exchange ideas with other facilitators who are bringing Personality Dimensions® into wellness-focused settings.

      Team Building

Team building works best when it moves beyond icebreakers and into real understanding.

This workshop dives into how Personality Dimensions® can strengthen team awareness, collaboration, and trust. We’ll explore how different temperaments contribute to team dynamics—from big-picture thinking to process management to relationship building to momentum and action.

Rather than focusing solely on theory, this session emphasizes application. You’ll experience team-based activities firsthand, analyze them from a facilitator’s perspective, and discuss how to adapt them for different group sizes, industries, and organizational cultures.

Whether you’re supporting intact teams, cross-functional groups, or leadership cohorts, this workshop will expand your toolkit and connect you with a community of facilitators who are equally committed to helping teams work better together.
